  Nothing special here, just another Dunkin Donuts. I was a walk-in customer and the staff seemed way more focused on the drive-up window it took them quite a long time to take my order as I stood there waiting, I know they saw me, but seem to not care that I was there.

  I ordered an iced coffee, the guy said I took you order you didn’t.. ok. Instead of arguing I just asked if I could get one. He started shaking his head like he was metal saying things, so I just said it’s fine I’ll just leave. And I go everyday, not anymore just lost me as a customer.

  Showed up on a Sunday ar 145. They dont close until 2 but doors are locked and people inside say they're closed. Laughing with donuts in sight. Nice.

  I don’t normally write reviews, but this was the worst customer service experience ever at any Dunkin’ Donuts location, and I drink Dunkin’ Donuts coffee every day. I went to the drive-through and asked for coffee with sugar-free vanilla and skim milk. When I pulled up to the window, a guy named Mohammed gave me iced coffee. So I parked my car, and I went inside, and said I asked for coffee with sugar-free vanilla and skim milk but I got iced coffee and I wanted hot coffee. Mohammad then proceeded to say that “you asked for iced coffee”. and I said no I just asked for a regular coffee and I did not specify if I wanted hot or iced, but you did not ask me if I wanted hot or iced and just gave me iced. He then said “no you made a mistake so you should own up to your mistake”. And he kept insisting I asked for iced coffee when I never did. He then gave me a hot coffee and said “ don’t make this mistake again because we won’t do this again” With a rude and dismissive tone. I asked to speak to the manager to complain and he said to go ahead and complain. The manager is there in the mornings. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant or café. I will be complaining to the corporate Dunkin’ Donuts customer satisfaction franchise hotline about this incident because this is not the way to talk to a customer. I will also never be buying a coffee or any other food item from this particular location of Dunkin’ Donuts. You just lost a regular customer due to your employee’s poor attitude and lack of customer service skills.

  Absolutely the worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. Our order was completely wrong, and when we politely asked to have it corrected, the employee was dismissive and acted as if we were trying to get free food instead of simply asking for what we paid for. There was no apology and no accountability. In the end, we still did not receive the correct order. This location is a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
