  We had a great experience at Penny’s Oak Park. I ordered their version of pho with beef, and it was really good. For my daughter, I got the fried rice and egg noodles from the kids menu, and those were okay. What really stood out was the service. Our waitress was super friendly, attentive, and especially good with my daughter, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, the space was clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. I’d definitely come back.

  It's very decent mixed Asia food for the area, but not great if you know good or very good Asian food. It's too Americanized, but then again, everything in the area is, so with that understanding, it's probably as good as you can get within a 15-minute drive from their Oak Park location.
