  Horrible just called to eat!!! And feed my family she told me kitchen is closed!!! Who closes at 825 pm she should be fired!!! Can’t even order at the time it says 9m then close at 7pm then I’m mad can’t get to eat my favorite pizza

  So they stop taking orders for pick up 30 minutes prior to? They should add that on there website

  This was such a bad experience we thought it was a joke like we were being pranked....had this super old man as our server, took him so long to come to us, he didn't even do a proper greeting with his name. Gave us only 3 options for drinks (Pepsi, Starry or Lemonade) that was it and yuck to all. I ain't want none of that but we never got a drink menu or kids menu so had no idea what was going on as this was our first time here. He didn't write anything down so could only do 2 orders at a time and still managed to get one of our orders wrong. Came almost 2 hours here to get a deep dish pizza but the wait was over an hour so we ended up getting other stuff..then he brought us a pitcher of Starry for our 3 kids drinks that we did not ask for nor ever mention the cost for. Was shocked when I seen the bill and only got to see it cause I asked for a receipt to pay with cash cause it was way higher than expected. Thank god I did. This place is such a scam! They don't bring you a paper bill nor tell you you're being charged gratuity of %18 so this man almost got a fat tip for literally nothing. I'm a server and always tip well but when you're not truthful it rubs me the wrong way. He was trying to get me to pay him on his little hand held device with my card and thank god I didn't cause there was so much he wasn't straight up with! The bill itself was cheaper on paper then what he originally told me...Will not be returning to this location ever agian. I honestly don't know how they get away with all they do..

  Ordered a pizza for my cousins birthday and found a hair COOKED into the pizza, definitely ruined the night especially spending a pretty penny for the some pizza, don’t order here

  Nice location. Friendly service. The pizza was good. I expected more since I'm from Alabama and heard of this deep dish. It tastes kinda like papa Murphys if you ever had theirs.
