They are square shaped and thicker! They charge for a pack of sauce no matter what you order! New owners and ran very differently! I won’t ever visit this location again!

We went inside to try and avoid the hassle and waited 15 minutes while the only cashier rudely argued w/ a customer that got the wrong order because of said AI drive-through. Ended up leaving, won't be back to another Wendy's if they can't just adequately staff their locations and replace what understandably poor customer service is already provided by an underpaid and unappreciated staff.
