  IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD ! Worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald's. Service was extremely slow, employees ignored me at the drive thru, and the manager stood right next to the window and deliberately ignored me until I blew my horn. A man who appeared to be under the influence was standing next to the pickup window asking for spare change, which made the situation feel unsafe. My order was wrong, I was asked to hand drinks back through the window, and the food was terrible. Cold fries, a sloppy Big Mac, and watered-down Coke. Completely unacceptable. Extremely horrible when i spend almost 40$ my family, and I get this type of service !!!!!! Unacceptable !!!

  Sat in drive thru line only to find out they’re not servicing orange juice there should have been some sort of sign put up to let customers know right away so they aren’t wasting time

  Always make sure that your order is complete. Ask them to check your order before you leave. You don’t want to go back home and find out some of your items are missing.

  The best McDonald's in the area, I live one block away from the River Forest location and I will drive out of my way to this one because the food taste fresher and the service is on point.
