Quite awful coming here. I haven’t come to this location in a year or two due to the bad service I received last time. My mom and I decided to place mobile orders for walk-in pickup. Placed our orders and walked into the store about 5-7 minutes after. There were about 4 customers in line, ordering in person. No one in the drive-thru. Two employees behind the counter. I can’t stress how little urgency there was to prepare food. One gentleman ordered a hot drink with nothing special added. Another ordered a latte, and a banana split. I believe there was also a refresher added in the mix… We waited 10 minutes and they were still on the first drink, no drive-thru orders and no other customers walking into the store. Another 10 minutes and they finally prepared the sundae for the second customer. Then, FINALLY looking at the mobile order tickets but for some reason one of the employees decided to walk away and go on their phone?? After 30 minutes. Yes, THIRTY. They had finished 4-5 orders and did not even start on the mobile orders. We walked out at this point. No drink in hand. I ordered one of their valentines special refreshers and my mom got a latte… we never saw them put stickers on the cups for our orders and that was what made us decide we weren’t going to wait possibly another 10-15 minutes for drinks. I do not recommend this location.

I ordered two drinks and they served me. But more people arrived, ordered their drinks, and they left very happily and very quickly, while I was made to wait more than 30 minutes. I don't know why, but when I asked, they had already forgotten my order.

They prepared the food good the service is good , but the place super dirty dusty all over the place , is crazy that they are doing contruccion and serving food at the same time , the bathroom is disgusting and I think the place should be checked by the sanitary department.
