She was filling my cup from the regular coffee pot? I reminded her that I asked fur a decaf. Her response was,"oh we made it on this jar by mistake, I'll change them in a little bit. This is decaf". Of course it was not decaf and in fact regular. This laziness is why I will never come back to this dunkin ever again. In fact maybe that's why people are switching to smaller cafes bc dunkin chains are slowly getting worse with staff, customer service and overall efficiency. I recommend you go somewhere else for your coffee.
