During my visit alone, I saw at least 8 to 12 shady individuals walking through, and some clearly appeared to be under the influence of drugs. It creates an environment that is not the best experience for customers or staff. A major issue is the pickup order area. It is not far from the employees, but it cannot be seen by them, which makes certain people more comfortable stealing. Around 5:20 PM, I witnessed someone walk in, grab the only order that was on the shelf, and quickly slip out through the back door. It happened so fast that the employees didn’t even notice. If the pickup shelf were placed directly in front of the employees instead of off to the side, theft would be reduced significantly. If I were the manager, I would immediately: • Hire security, at least during busier hours • Add stronger restrictions for bathroom use • Move the pickup shelf to a fully visible location This is a very beautiful location, and it’s unfortunate to see these issues happening here. I truly hope my review helps improve the place.
