  I ordered delivery through their website. While the delivery was on the way, the restaurant called me to let me know that one of the bags had been left behind. They had already called Uber to get a second driver. As soon as the driver was on the way, they texted me the second tracking number and even called back later to make sure the second delivery had arrived. It far exceeded my expectations for customer service. This place is one of our favorites for the food, but the experience with service this time around was absolutely incredible.

  Initially I thought the price was too much for a burger and fries, but the burger was huge, and there were plenty of fries, enough to feed two people. Food was well prepared. I would come back again.

  Highly disappointed. I ordered a few days ago and the food was stale and not good at all. Everything from the macaroni to the dressing and the chicken tasted old and unappetizing. I’m really upset because I expected fresh, quality food. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

  I wouldn’t order from here. Even if the food was free. I had feathers in my chicken and the greens were sweeter than the yams. I called and talked to the manager Quilla. She was suppose to issue me a refund it never happened. I been waiting for the owner to call me back over a month. Still nothing.

  Quality of good and service has gone down considerably ESPECIALLY for what they charge. It was so cold in there we couldn't even eat and ordered from the girl in the front instead of the waiter while the rest of our party waited 30 min for simple beverages. Several of our food items were missing. One person sent their food back because it was cold and never got a new order. I'm still waiting on a cup of coffee lol. Got home and the chicken was over cooked and the mac n cheese and greens were nasty. They charged 7.50 for a catfish filet the size of a chicken nugget. I honestly see why I haven't been in years and will probably never go back. I wish I had a groupon. I probably wouldn't have felt inclined to write any review at all if I hadn't spent full price on this unsatisfying meal. If you go, go to the original southside location...
