- BMBobbio McnultyJan 1, 20261.0This location is hurting the overall name of Dunkin. They obviously need more training because they couldn't even get a simple order of a flavored coffee right. They put just one flavor shot in for a large size coffee when the standard is four flavor shots.It also was easy to tell the coffee was not fresh and a new pot had not been made in some time. This establishment is one to avoid!

Had NOTHING, they advertised the "31st deal" and a bunch of other seasonal items and the guy at the drive up window stated "we dont do nothing for the 31st and we don't have -----" literally, they didn't have anything that they showed on their menu. He got huffy after we asked him what they DID have and instead of instigating an argument we drove away. Pathetic customer service, terrible marketing, and the WORST BR/DD I've ever been to.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
