  I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years. I moved away for 2 years and ever since moving back I have not enjoyed my experience here. I take care of my sick grandfather while also working from home. I order from here atleast 3x a week. If I order on the app and go to drive thru I get an attitude everytime. Especially if I pull up a few minutes after placing the order. I’m not an impatient person so I don’t mind waiting but the attitude is unnecessary. If I order on the app and come inside my order takes 5-8 minutes maybe longer. I’ve been given partial orders, incorrect orders, half baked muffins, etc. when I finally went to complain to the manager yesterday about my experience I was told how sorry she was. Mind you the morning I was there for 10 minutes waiting for my coffee and had to ask if it was getting made. After being ignored by 2 people the manager made me coffee just for me to realize they gave me the wrong muffin. But I had to wait till after my meeting to go back there and let them know. I was given what I thought was a genuine apology and understanding (oh I want to note my coffee from 7:44am was there and I went back around 11am) Anyway the manager told me to come back today and she would give me my order on her. I ended up coming around 9:35am and she was taking orders, when I got to the front she had someone else take my order. The gentleman from yesterday who chimed into the conversation looked me dead in the eyes and turned his head. The whole time I was there the manager did everything she could to avoid me and that is a shame. I didn’t need anything free at all but to lie and make me feel heard when in fact you just wanted to say whatever to get me out is beyond ridiculous. I do not feel comfortable coming to this location anymore which means I will no longer go to any location. As someone who goes to dunkin 3-5x a week I am appalled and will no longer waste my money at a place who doesn’t value me as a customer.

  Quite awful coming here. I haven’t come to this location in a year or two due to the bad service I received last time. My mom and I decided to place mobile orders for walk-in pickup. Placed our orders and walked into the store about 5-7 minutes after. There were about 4 customers in line, ordering in person. No one in the drive-thru. Two employees behind the counter. I can’t stress how little urgency there was to prepare food. One gentleman ordered a hot drink with nothing special added. Another ordered a latte, and a banana split. I believe there was also a refresher added in the mix… We waited 10 minutes and they were still on the first drink, no drive-thru orders and no other customers walking into the store. Another 10 minutes and they finally prepared the sundae for the second customer. Then, FINALLY looking at the mobile order tickets but for some reason one of the employees decided to walk away and go on their phone?? After 30 minutes. Yes, THIRTY. They had finished 4-5 orders and did not even start on the mobile orders. We walked out at this point. No drink in hand. I ordered one of their valentines special refreshers and my mom got a latte… we never saw them put stickers on the cups for our orders and that was what made us decide we weren’t going to wait possibly another 10-15 minutes for drinks. I do not recommend this location.
