  I tried the chicken and waffles and it was really good. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the waffles were soft and sweet. They tasted really good together. Our waitress Dereon was really nice and made everything better. She checked on us, made sure we was good, and had a good attitude the whole time. The food was good and the service was good too. I’d come back again

  The food here is incredible. I live in New York City, but I visit Chicago to try its home-style Chicago’s home of chicken and waffles and enjoy authentic soul food. The staff is friendly, especially Deri, my server, who did a fantastic job taking great care of my friends and me from New York. Thank you, Deri, for being friendly and kind to my friends and me.

  I had a wonderful experience at Chicago’s Home of Chicken & Waffles in Oak Park, and a big part of that was the excellent service from our waitress, Deri. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made sure our drinks stayed filled, checked on us at just the right times, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Deri’s positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, but her outstanding customer service is what will definitely bring us back. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Deri, she provides top-notch service and creates a great dining experience!

  I had an amazing experience at Chicago’s Home of Chicken & Waffles! The food was absolutely delicious—the chicken was perfectly crispy and the waffles were fluffy and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service from Deri. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit. It honestly made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back—great food and even better service!

  I had a great experience at Chicago's Home of Chicken and Waffles. The food was amazing, especially the chicken and waffles everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy and seasoned so well, and the waffles were soft and delicious. What really made my visit even better was my waitress, Deri. She was so kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us often, and had such a sweet attitude.
