  This is, without exaggeration, the most pathetic excuse for a McDonald’s I have ever experienced in my life. I pulled in at 11:40 PM — clearly within posted hours — and they straight up refused to serve me like they just decided they were done working for the night. No explanation, no professionalism, just pure attitude. Acting annoyed that a paying customer showed up? That’s literally your job. And the disrespect? Next level. Talking with attitude, dismissive, like I was inconveniencing THEM. If you don’t want to work, then don’t work there. Don’t take it out on customers. What makes it even worse is this isn’t even the first time this place has been a disaster. Last visit, I had a HAIR in my food. Not small, not questionable — a full-on hair. Absolutely disgusting. That alone should have been enough to never come back, but I gave them another chance — huge mistake. I’m a truck driver. I’ve been to over 150 McDonald’s across the country — big cities, small towns, everywhere. This location is hands down the WORST of all of them. Not even close. The combination of filthy food standards, lazy staff, and straight-up disrespect is unbelievable. Whoever manages this place should be embarrassed. This location needs a complete overhaul or to just shut down altogether. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — avoid this place like the plague.

  Came to this McDonald’s this morning and waited over 15min in a curbside parking spot even though I ordered through the app way in advanced. I got tired of waiting so I got out the car and went to the counter and lo and behold my order was just sitting there on the counter. This ain’t the first time either, I can understand the long wait if I had ordered through the drive thru or at the counter!

  There are people nodding out and sleeping at tables. The music channel has to be changed, no one wants to hear love songs while they are eating. Also the lazy food delivery people should stop parking in the drive thru line, they are going to cause an accident.

  So you have two lanes. Im here before people im told to hold on but the other side where people are pulling up is allowed to ordered but I waited 10 minutes to be helped and got attitude from the little girl taking orders. I had literally a drink and then had to wait an additional q5 minutes in line because of rhe people they allowed to go first...poorly managed and ignorant staff. I understand you are young but this is your job so maybe get a new job if you dont know how to be professional at work because I didnt appreciate the mocking tone I got. The only person who was nice was the lady at the first window with red hair. The young girl at the second window with the space buns needs more training or a new job.
