  Went there on April 11, 2026 order 2 Happy Meals. One was a burger, the other one was chicken nuggets. I was pissed when I got home to find out I was given a biscuit instead of my nuggets. Are you for REAL!!!!!!

  Horrible changed order when I went to pick food up Hispanic was eating while talking to me and going back and forth I asked are you the manager she said know may I see the manager she came very nice gave me my food fries was fresh hamburger was cold will not go back there it is the closest McDonald's to my job Horrible

  Placed a mobile order at 6:37pm. I waited 5 minutes then drove up the speaker, provided my code and was told to go to the first pick up window. When I get to the pick up window the girl asks "what was your order"....first minor red flag, why don't you know the order that you were just given the code for? I tell them and they ask me to pull up to the 2nd pick up window. They do this when your order isn't ready and to prevent a long wait for other customers, understandable but teller why I literally waited at the 2nd pick up window for 30minutes? At least a dozen customers got their order before me. The same girl from the first window finally shows up and asks " what was your order?"....yup....You're reading thet correctly. Waited 30min and they STILL didn't have the order ready. I asked them if the food was cols, they said no they just made it so I said ok and took the food. Wanna guess at to whether the food was cold or not? If you guessed yes, congratulations, you're correct. P.s. not once was I rude to any of the two girls and didn't even ask for a refund. I've worked in restaurants for 6+ years but this level of laziness and incompetence is mind boggling.

  No customers, tons of employees obviously, and visibly, standing around doing nothing… and yet the food takes 15 minutes to come, and the employees needed to be reminded that we were still waiting on food.

  The Oak Lawn McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. I can honestly write a book about how bad this place is.Last night at 10:30 pm we went for a late time meal. There was 2 cars in front of me.We waited 30 minutes to finally get to order. Before I can give them my order order, the guy told us through the speaker that they are only serving French fries and Nuggets, even though the app. said that Nuggets were not available, anyway I gave them them my mobile code and they told me to come to the front window. It took us 1 hour to get to that front window.100 percent true! I get to the window and some young kid says what did you order, are you serious? I told them I had a mobile order, gave my code and my order, the guy disappeared .He came back and asked me my order again. My order was a happy meal,a large fry and a iced. 5 minutes later he came back with a manager and they told me that they didn't hear me say the code and asked me what my order was again. 5 minutes later,they gave me the wrong order. Honestly it was 2 hours from the time I got there to the time I left,horrible service!
