Then Kathy K at the registered stood and chatted with a friend while line was forming for at least 7 minutes. I had to bag groceries(with a bandaged hand) and when I paid my bill and said thank you-she didn't even look at me or acknowlege me--just handed receipt and looked away. Disappointing
