I said, sure I get a text at eight forty five.That the order is ready.I show up at the store at 8:55 pick the order up that day did a staff decided to leave early. We did a 1 hour went into see where it's at. I was told everybody went home at 9 o'clock System failure.

Called back and spoke with multiple people including the assistant manager. They refused to deliver the items to us and also refused to refund us without coming back in due to company policy. Was hoping for a sensible solution due the error on their part. Very poor customer service. Will try to get this resolved with corporate. I understand mistakes happen, but we do not plan on returning if this cannot get taken care of. There are too many options for better customer service.
