My coworker who placed a separate order went to pick them up on her lunch break and staff told her “yeah they get lost sometimes” after trying to to tell her my confirmation email didn’t show the order number (It DID). Coworker was almost 10 minutes late clocking back in because apparently tropical smoothie does well enough they can casually lose online orders.
