- CKC KapDec 26, 20251.0I'm disgusted by what this great Chicago staple has become. Prices are high. I place my online order for pickup, get in the drive thru to be told that you cannot receive online orders in the drive thru. I have a really bad back and prefer to not get in and out of the car. So I park, parking lot has trash all over the place. Get in to the pickup area, noone at the counter, no food on the shelf. Behind the counter is a catastrophe, looks like a bomb went off. Finally get my food from the employee who could barely speak audibly and he doesn't give me my shake and moves onto someone else. Wait another 10 minutes to get my shake. Wander around the restaurant looking for a straw because they don't give you one nor are there any at the pickup counter. I will definitely keep going to Buona where I am treated well and the prices are better
