As well as the person making food in the back. we go up say what happened and ask if they can make our food. lo and behold they won’t make it. NOT THEY CANT but they won’t. they told us to call 95th ask for a refund and we have to re order. which is honestly ridiculous because my mom and i are regulars here. do better panera!!!!!

However, when we got to our destination and opened them to eat, we discovered that none of the sandwiches had any avocado in them :D This was disappointing, especially since it’s our first time at this branch, we usually get the same order from the one in Orland Park and have never had an issue there.

I only ordered a cup of soup with the bread and chips. What were they doing? Reading it a story. It was obviously ready since it’s cold . A whole 20 minutes is crazy. If you have places to be don’t come there.
