  Giving a this place another chance and another disappointment! The sandwiches have so little meat. It’s all lettuce, tomato but hardly any meat!! I hardly ever buy anything from these restaurants anymore because of their lack of meat and very expensive sandwiches. Live and learn never again!!

  Love that there’s parking, the restaurant is very clean. Staff is well mannered and have made suggestions that I can appreciate it. My only only only complaint is that the sun HITS the glass door to the point where I cannot see. I literally was burning up sitting having lunch. A nice curtain or something to avoid the sun!

  This location is consistently very clean. The dining area and counters are spotless, which is always reassuring. The staff are wonderful! They are genuinely friendly and provide true "freaky fast" service with a smile. It's clear they run a tight ship. The seating is functional and well-kept—perfect for a quick, comfortable lunch break. Pro-Tip: Get the Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch—the warmth makes the provolone melt perfectly with the bacon and ranch. Highly recommend for a fast, fresh sandwich experience with excellent service!

  This was the nearest location to Advocate Christ Hospital. The staff seemed very nervous and then I could tell why. After placing my order, the manager came out and yelled at the workers to quit it with the chit chatting and that there are orders waiting and she mumbled something else that there are 2 orders of and she wasn't about to do them. If it weren't for my daughter being in the hospital this was my first day to get some time to myself after 8 consecutive days sleeping in a chair next to her. Not the best feeling, however, I love JJ sandwiches so I zoned out and tried to enjoy my meal. I would have absolutely gone up to manager and shared the inappropriateness if her conduct to her staff in front of everyone, uncalled for. I would not come back to this location.
