She did not do so and as a result when I got there, they told me they couldn’t find it and asked if I even placed an order? She got an attitude when I told her it was this location for sure. We went back and forth verbally, only to find the cake put out to the public. I pick the cake up out the cooler and it’s almost frozen. I called in later to make a complaint, was put on hold then hung up on.

I specifically wanted the original salmon dinners with the cappelini and the ones made earlier were apparently sold out. Without hesitation, Kelly made three of them for me. I used the self checkout and a woman , whose name I don't know, actually came and asked how I was and wished me a great day. Blondish brown hair very nice and obviously well suited for customer service. With customer service lacking just about everywhere, today might just be the start of something new. Incidentally, this is NOT the first time Kelly has been so accommodating.
