Then, she did not make my drink correctly, so I went in and asked it to be remade because it tasted like milk and water, but was responded with an attitude and look of disgust. Again, she handed it to me with no response even after I politely said thank you. Don’t think I’ll go back here.

They don’t even greet you or anything, just no acknowledgement whatsoever. You’ll stand around waiting until they eventually decide you exist or you decide to call them over. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I open my food to my bacon not even being half full. Literally crumbs of bacon. I will never come here again. Barely any cream cheese on my bagel. Avoid this place.

I was trying to get my food which was two bags but they gave me one bag and didn't tell me to wait. They insisted they did but I didn't hear anything. When I went back they weren't polite either. I told them they forgot some food and just bluntly told me they had the bag and just put it on the counter. There was no 'We're sorry' or 'thank you' they just didn't care and don't take their job seriously! Horrible place will never go here again

I never in my life thought a manager can treat their staff so poorly or customers. Someone needs to give this woman a bit of a reality mananaging class! The reviews dont surprise me at all. Well every other dunkin will get my money 35.00 minimal a week. I never leave bad reviews but this is months of build up and chance after chance I gave her! This poor owner needs to change management asap and he would get majority business back
