But over the past couple months I decided to give them a try. But today I ordered iced coffee with liquid sugar. When I got it it was a flavored sweetener. I returned told the person in the driver thru there was a flavored sweetener added. I was told it was liquid sugar because she made it. I told her no this is flavored. She became irritated and told me to come to the window. When I got to the window the cashier was apologetic and stated she had mixed the drinks up. I told her it was fine things happen. While I appreciate the cashier the young lady with the attitude could have handled it better. Instead of telling me how she was the one who made the coffee and being nasty about it just fix it. The cashier even said to her “she’s not mad”! It’s not what you say but your delivery! And I’ve looked over this young lady’s stank attitude in the past because many places no longer care about good customer service! But today reminded me why I stopped coming and why I won’t return ever!
