  I can’t go to any other location! Here, they always get my order right, and in the one in a million chance they do get it wrong, they make up for it by throwing in extra items or immediately making it up to me without a second thought. They are very quick and efficient and hard working. Just also keep in mind that these employees go through a lot everyday, it doesn’t hurt to be kind! I only mention this due to the fact that I just saw a customer be disrespectful to employees all because he didn’t receive a “welcome in” right away. Sir, this is a Dunkin dounuts during their peak time in the morning, maybe be patient???

  I dont really enjoy coffee myself, so I can't tell if this is good or bad compared to nearby coffee shops. I do like to stop in and grab their little breakfast sandwiches or muffins. Their refresher drinks that rotate occasionally have all been fairly good too, if not just a more sweet-topped fruit drink.

  First and last time visit for me. Rude employees. No chocolate frosted or glazed donuts, hash browns not cooked thoroughly, i asked for iced tea/lemonade, I received lemonade. We sat down for a few minutes, here comes this guy sweeping the floor, he then swept the crumbs off of a table with the dirty nasty broom! Gross!

  service was absolutely terrible . The employee looked like a high school student and was so incredibly rude. I placed my order over the ipad in the lobby and waited for 2 donuts and the worker goes to start working on my order and announces loudly that whoever placed an order for donuts obviously doesn’t have eyes because we don’t have those flavors . I requested a refund in which she told me that she doesn’t know what i want refunded . Disgusting behavior, disrespectful and and terrible customer service .

  Very rude. I’ve been living in the area for quite sometime and today will be the last day I go here. The girl at the window is rude and when ask to speak with a manager they hang up on you. Hire a new crew!
