- SLShannon LDec 9, 20251.0I went to this dunkin around 10 or 11 at night and asked for loaded hash browns and the guy working said he couldn’t make those for me, when I asked why he grabbed the box of chopped bacon and said “there’s none chopped” and I asked, can you make some and chop it? He insisted it’d take too long and he couldn’t and just gave me regular hash browns in the end. I don’t appreciate the lack of effort happening during the night shifts because this isn’t the first time something like this has happened, service in the day time is usually completely fine

After being asked to repeat my order multiple times and basically being yelled at I wanted to make sure the order was correct at the window. The older lady with a heavy accent insisted I said something else and instead of fixing her mistake she told me that’s what you asked for it’s in the bag. And since when are pastries put in the same bag as hot food. So rude and an easy mistake to fix whether I was wrong or she was.
