  Why is they making everyone do orders over the phone. I had to have my wife order food for the grandchildren. Also the food wasn't that good that's coming from a 13 year old and a 10 year old

  Ordered a Chicken bowl , basically got a veggie bowl , young girl on the line , acted as if giving the right about of meat was coming out of her pay check . She even gave my sister and I even the guy in front of us , small portions of rice . To the point everyone kept saying um more rice please . Being polite while paying our money , still seeming as if we were being scammed . These workers really have to respect customers money because now days I’m going to higher ups ;Just because low balling is unacceptable and a slap in the face . You would think considering the fact that most chipotle locations are rated below 3.3 stars; Higher ups would do something about it but they don’t . SMH can’t wait until cava comes to evergreen .

  Went for dinner. Staff was not friendly and were rushing us through our order. EVERY table was messy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Won't being going back to this location again.

  WORST chipotle ever. I have been multiple times since Covid and nothing has changed. 1. Least efficient line management I have ever seen- Instead of 2 people working the line like every Chipotle in existence, they have 1 employee working the whole line and stacking 3-5 orders in the middle and end of the line! 2. Have been multiple times 25 minutes past their opening time and they said they are still getting ready and lock the door! 3. I politely asked the manager what is going on, and the “manager” shrugged and said “it is what it is”. This seems to be an area manager/ store manager staffing and procedure issue that has not been fixed in 5 YEARS. Don’t take my word for it, look at the hundreds of other 1-star reviews. I look forward to the generic Chipotle response to fill out this chat link. Will be boycotting for another year like last time.

  If I go out of my way to write a review its for good reason. Firstly, the hours for this location are OPEN AT 10:45-11:00 PM “Daily” So far, the 3 times that I have shown up at 10:45, they have opened at 11:20. Secondly, there is an employee (Porscha) if thats even her name. Extremely RUDE. Degrades customers and acts as if she is above them. She unlocks the door and doesn’t even open it for any of the customers standing outside. Just unlocks the door and walks away. Mind you we have an old lady outside FREEZING, a pregnant lady, and a few construction workers. We go inside and I ordered my usual that I have gotten from this location MANY times. All of a sudden they wanted to say “Extra rice” is an extra charge, I have had chipotle for YEARS and never been told that it costs extra, they were doing it to be petty. After telling the Hispanic lady that it’s not an extra charge and that Ive been ordering it this way for YEARS she put more rice. I get to the register to pay and am treated incredibly disrespectfully by a worker named “Porscha” who tells me if I don’t fix my attitude she won’t give me my food. This is the same lady who unlocked the door and walked away by the way… so i told her I didn’t want the food and left the store. If you see a bigger woman named “porscha” expect disrespect
