- TTTee3 days ago3.0I ordered a burrito bowl today. I asked how long the chicken have been sitting out because it looked dry. The person servicing me, just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know, as if her response was acceptable and she obviously didn’t care to know or find out. I chose the steak instead then asked if they are required to have label to know when to swap old met and toppings out for fresh. She, and another server said no, just the beef not the chicken. Chipotle needs to change this because there’s no reason why food should sit there and no one knows how long it’s been sitting. That’s disgusting and poor food handling practice. Do better.

I ordered two bowls with a side of queso and chips using a reward and clearly told the employee preparing my order that I wanted chips and queso. However, the cashier only charged me for the queso and scanned my reward. After paying, I was not given the chips. When I asked, they said I never requested them and claimed it was “too late” to fix because it wasn’t in the system. This was clearly a miscommunication between employees, yet they refused to resolve it. When I asked for a refund, they threw the food away instead of simply giving me the chips. The manager was even more dismissive. Poor customer service and very unprofessional handling of a simple issue. Also I asked for the original receipt in order to take the survey but they refused to give it to me.
