- CSCete ShieldsFeb 6, 20261.0Asked for matcha with almond milk on 2 separate occasions. Both times they just put regular milk as if people don't have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Also they will not pick up the phone if you have any questions about your order. Service in the lobby is also lackluster. Stores become busy at different times but at least acknowledge customers in the lobby and tell them you'll be right with them.

When I got the shake it was the consistency of milk when I showed the girl she remade it by dumping a scoop of ice into the cup and reserving it. Beware you’ll be scammed out of $12 and disappointed just move on to a actual ice cream shop

I tried the new flavor of the month and picked up a birthday ice cream cake. So easy to order with either the drive thru or with the Dunkin’ app. Great crew who are friendly and take the time to make sure I had what I needed. Love this location, it’s a huge store with a big dining room and right next to the Metra stop. Enjoy!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
