  I just got a chicken sandwhich meal from them at the bottom of my fries was an alcohol top. I will never be going back here.

  The establishment was filthy down to the lemonade containers.The meat was cold & the cheese was stiff.The server's had bad attitude as if they didn't want to work .

  Do NOT go to this Wendy’s! Why would you think this is okay to serve to someone? I was in the suburbs and didn’t look at my food until I got home—and this is what I saw. It looked like it had been refried or even pulled out of the trash, smh. I will never go here again. Just a trashy Wendy’s, from the fries to the burger they served us.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Christian at the Wendy’s on 167th in Oak Forest. I went through the drive-through, and my experience was truly exceptional. Not only was the food fresh and great, but the customer service went far beyond my expectations. Christian was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming right from the speaker to the window. He even made a lighthearted joke that genuinely made me smile and turned my whole day around. I think it’s important to acknowledge when someone goes above and beyond their role, and Christian absolutely does. His positive attitude, professionalism, and the way he communicates with customers really stood out. Wendy’s has an outstanding employee in Christian, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
