- SJStarsha JohnsonDec 17, 20251.0Worst customer service.. and from what was supposed to be a general Manager..Chris..Christopher... whatever his name was..I ordered through the app..they did not have fries that I ordered..so i tell them give me the other ordered stuff..okay they tell me pull up to wait on it...I waited about 15 min..i thought they forgot about me...finally they bring out one sandwich..forgetting the chicken nuggets...and ended up making the sandwich wrong..I go back around in drive thru..tell them what I asked for...still ended up making the wrong sandwich..I go in to talk to the so called general manager..after waiting and all the back and forth..he grabs the bag and says I'll make it over..I tell him I think I should be able to have that with all the mistakes and time I've been wasting..I mean at least for the inconvenience..give me that too..because you're just going to trash it...he says "OH I got you" ..completely lied took the bag threw it in the trash and then still handed me the wrong food..so i had to come back inside again..I will never go back there again..and if he is the Manager...Wendys need to do better
