He is professional, concerned, responsive and deliberately filled with a unique customer service attitude. He cares and wants the customers to be satisfied when they shop at Jewel. At his age, it’s amazing that he has mastered the art of exceeding the expectation of excellence. I’ve been intending to surprise him with this outstanding review but finally got around to it. The constant level of distinction that he displays reminded me that I had to open my phone and showcase his history of service. He’s never too busy to assist and never too important to do any task that requires attention. Great job Marquis. You are one in a million and the best example of Jewel’s excellence. And the kid who was working brought my carts out and said you can leave the carts there and I will get them when you’re done. They made me load my own order. Like what?!?! I’m in disbelief.
