  I’d rate this place zero stores. Simu and Paula were very unhelpful. I placed an order for a frozen chai and they said they didn’t sell that. I explained to them that they’ve always allowed me to in the past. I drove towards the window, when I asked for a manager and Paula said she was the manager there. I asked her if can kindly add a bagel to my order because their intercom at the window was not working for the both of us since they didn’t understand me and couldn’t take a appropriate order (they literally yelled at me) Eventually I was charged for a large frozen coffee. They don’t know how to do their job here. Like I said I asked for a manager and Paula poked her head out from behind the wall -very unprofessional. Apparently there’s no manager until 12 pm when Rosa is expected to show up. DUNKIN DO A BETTER JOB AT TRAINING YOUR STAFF. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

  I ordered a loaded hash browns and the cheese was cold.....COLD. The manager stated that its like that..so the cheese can melt guess what it didn't. I had a clump of cold cheese on my hashbrowns. She was rude and unprofessional they don't pick up the phone. I would NEVER go back.

  Prices were high for donuts.They shrunk them, and they were very dry.I was very disappointed.
