- DPDonny PudNov 11, 20251.0New location is sleek but that's about all the positive I can say about this location. The staff are rude and unwelcoming. I've gone through the drive through several times and have never gotten so much as a "hello". They just take my money and hand me my order - all while having body language indicative of me interrupting them. While I've never gotten a wrong order, I have noticed that the hot coffee is very acidic/burnt tasting while the cold brew is often weak, seemingly watered down. Also good luck trying to order donuts or bagels later in the day. They'll either be sold out or have near stale items left. I am a Dunkin fan but honestly, I just go to the Starbucks across the street now if I need a commute coffee/breakfast. Steer clear of this location. Just look at the majority of reviews.. it's telling.

I might as well of ordered the regular hashbrowns instead of wasting my money. And when we received the donut it was placed upside down in the bag so the icing was stuck onto the bag instead of the donut.
