  They give you the wrong order and charge you also for someone else’s order I have never experienced this at the Dunkin’ Donuts by my house so now I know to stop at my favorite Dunkin by me before I go to work.

  Workers did not know English. I order one drink, Then took my card, and charged TWICE, stealing!!!! Do not be tricked by the fancy new buildin. Edit. The manager, I think Marie, was very helpful getting my money back.

  I’d rate this place zero stores. Simu and Paula were very unhelpful. I placed an order for a frozen chai and they said they didn’t sell that. I explained to them that they’ve always allowed me to in the past. I drove towards the window, when I asked for a manager and Paula said she was the manager there. I asked her if can kindly add a bagel to my order because their intercom at the window was not working for the both of us since they didn’t understand me and couldn’t take a appropriate order (they literally yelled at me) Eventually I was charged for a large frozen coffee. They don’t know how to do their job here. Like I said I asked for a manager and Paula poked her head out from behind the wall -very unprofessional. Apparently there’s no manager until 12 pm when Rosa is expected to show up. DUNKIN DO A BETTER JOB AT TRAINING YOUR STAFF. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
