  Portillo's Elk Grove Village 1500 Busse Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, United States. Don't hire people that will make fun of the customers dietary choices, like that 300 pound guy with the funny looking glasses. I still have not ate today thanks to your rude employee. I hope you fired him like you said you would. There are much more respectful people looking for jobs.

  Nice job try calling your headquarters to ask about it sends me to a Indian call center and they have no clue keep asking if I'm trying to use a gift card. If your going to do a promotion like this do you guys not test it ?

  We received a gift of Portillos Beef. Now the gravy comes in plastic pouches instead of the tubs. Must be cheaper for them. BUT the gravy leaked out of 2 holes in the seams of the bag as I was defrosting it in the frige. Result was big mess in the refrigerator and not enough juice for the sandwiches

  too bad they will not provide contact info for corporate for a rating---apparently these people do not want to be found but frankly if I were making their money I wouldn't care either. Ditto for mail order people

  The last few times we've been to the Portillos in Crestwood IL it's been nasty, the chicken is lukewarm and grizzly. Won't be back.
