  They’re okay. With the other Panera closing this is the closest one, although I wish they were open. There are some pretty rude staff members here that don’t even care if you’re a regular, they will still treat you poorly. Theres a women who specifically works the drive-up window. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a good mood. She’s always grumpy, agitated, and just rude. I came in to get coffee one night and they threw out all the over coffee at 8:40p, I mean there’ still was 20 min to close. Bottom line, they don’t care how much you spend. Some of the staff still treat regulars poorly.

  I had a positive experience today at this Panera. The food was good and it was ready pretty quickly. I also want to say that the employee who waited on us was wonderful. I think his name was Bill. Thank you Bill for being you!

  Not good at Panera. I bit into a hard piece of plastic in my chicken noodle soup cup this last Friday. Found another piece in there as as well. Manager and employees were very concerned and gave me another entree and dessert. I could have choked which is why I am posting this. You may want to skip this place.
