  What a great experience! My friends and I (5 of us total) came to celebrate one of our friends birthdays and was the perfect spot for it. I found this place on Instagram and it did not disappoint. First of all , the hospitality from both Ana our server and the manager, Brittany were outstanding and will be coming back because they went above and beyond to make our first dining experience here VERY special. Food we ordered: garlic knot bread is a must order , sausage and peppers , and the burrata were all delicious . Entrees we had ordered the meatballs , homemade gnocchi and homemade rigatoni alla vodka. The homemade pastas are out of this world. All around 10/10 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

  This place was highly recommended by my daughter and I really wanted to love it. But I didnt. It was Friday night and quite busy but they were definitely under staffed. We were there 2 hours total. And not by choice lol. Service was slow. Had to ask for our salads because it was a full 30 min after ordering them that we got them. Same with the entree. Almost an hour after we ordered we received our entree. Again, had to be short staffed but im just speaking from my 1st time experience. The chicken parm was raved about, but I found it to be more breading than meat. The salad was fresh and good but very small. We got canoli for dessert and it was like no canoli I ever got before. Im used to it being in a tubular shape? Lol maybe it's square in Italy. Ive never been there. The canoli i found to be bland and flavorless. The atmosphere was the best part. Nice decor, cozy setting. But that was all. Sorry with so many options in the Oakbrook/Lombard area, we probably won't be back

  had the pleasure of trying Labriola Ristorante for the first time last night, and the entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, the service stood out. Our server, Andi, was absolutely phenomenal — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She came to our table quickly, got our order in right away, and even brought us samples of some new items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff was just as impressive. The bus team was on top of everything; every time we finished a plate, it was cleared promptly without us ever feeling rushed. It made the whole dinner feel smooth and well-coordinated. We ordered the chicken parmesan and decided to split it, and to our surprise, the kitchen plated it already divided for us — a small detail that made a big impression. Then they took it a step further and finished it tableside by adding hot, melted cheese straight from the pan. Not only was that entertaining to watch, but it also made the dish taste even better. The food came out quickly, was piping hot, and tasted incredibly fresh. One of the highlights of the night was the ginger plum tea. If you’re a tea fan, I highly recommend trying it. It had just a hint of ginger with subtle notes of plum — perfectly balanced and refreshing. Honestly, it was so good I could have easily finished the entire pitcher myself. Between the attentive service, fresh and flavorful food, and the little extra touches that made the experience feel special, this place really impressed us. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we never had to wait long for anything. We will definitely be coming back again soon, with friends! . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’m honestly shocked at how disappointing this experience was. I used to come here regularly before the Oakbrook location moved, but after this visit, I won’t be back. I ordered a salad that cost $15 and added salmon for an extra $11, bringing the total to around $30. What I got was completely unacceptable for that price. The piece of salmon was tiny, barely enough to justify the charge, and the overall portion and quality of the salad just didn’t match the cost at all. For $30, I expect a satisfying, well-balanced meal. Instead, this felt overpriced, underwhelming, and honestly just not good. It’s frustrating to see a place I used to enjoy go so downhill. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

  From the moment we sat down at Labriola in Oakbrook, the experience felt like a perfect example of what Chicago dining should be. We ordered the Chicago thin crust pepperoni pizza, and it absolutely delivered. The crust was beautifully crisp from edge to center—thin but sturdy, with that perfect golden snap when you pick up a slice. The sauce had a rich, slightly sweet tomato flavor that balanced wonderfully with the savory cheese. And the pepperoni? Perfectly curled and lightly crisped at the edges, creating those little pockets of flavor that make every bite better than the last. The balance of toppings to crust was spot-on, so every slice had the ideal combination of crunch, cheese, sauce, and spice. What truly elevated the experience, though, was our server, Kevin. His attention to detail was exceptional from start to finish. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we enjoyed everything. Kevin anticipated needs before we even had to ask—refilling drinks at just the right moment, checking in thoughtfully, and offering great suggestions. His professionalism and friendly personality made the whole meal feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s rare when both the food and service stand out equally, but this visit absolutely delivered on both fronts. Between the outstanding Chicago thin crust pizza and Kevin’s impeccable service, it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back—and we’ll be asking for Kevin.
