  I recently had an exceptional dining experience at Smashburger, and I can’t rave enough about the fantastic service and delicious food. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and lively, setting the perfect backdrop for a great meal. The highlight of my visit was definitely the service provided by our server, Jessica. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Jessica took the time to explain the menu and offered excellent recommendations, showing a genuine passion for the food and the dining experience. Her cheerful demeanor and quick responses ensured that we never had to wait long for anything, enhancing our overall experience. Now, let’s talk about the food! The burgers were nothing short of amazing. I tried the classic Smashburger with their signature seasoning, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and paired beautifully with fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making them the perfect side to complement the burger. Overall, the combination of Jessica's outstanding service and the mouthwatering food made for a memorable visit. I can’t recommend this Smashburger location highly enough. If you’re looking for a great meal and top-notch service, be sure to stop by and ask for Jessica—you won’t be disappointed!

  Well, ordered the all beef hotdog with Mac and a burger with Mac. I'm in town from WA state so i was excited to try this. But, Both were the spicy when I ordered the regular as i don't really do spice. Then the cheese was left on the grill and I can't stand when cheese is turned into paper, basically. I ordered this through Uber eats, so I ended up with the free chicken sandwich that I ordered with no tomato, and it came with tomato. It's like they used ground chicken to make an extra thin patty. Crazy that it tasted like sausage. Didn't send napkins or utensils, can't exactly have something with Mac n cheese on it and NOT send utensils lol. At least they got my sprite right, I just wish they included a straw. Can't blame the Uber driver for that, since the bag was taped closed. Overall, I'm sad this was my first experience for having a burger and dog with Mac on it. That dark area in the pic is the cheese from being left on the grill. I'm not sure why anyone likes cheese like that lol

  I just walked out of here. Everything was cooked perfectly, but what’s making me leave the review was the customer service. I got two sandwiches , and the lady working kept my area clear & manicured with a smile or her face as I worked through them . These kind of simple but beyond-required gestures make all the difference .

  First time trying smashburger, it didn't disappoint. I had the All-American burger and the Colorado both were great everything seemed very fresh. Smash fries and Brussels sprouts were amazing, throw in a couple of draft beers, so good!!! Finished with a chocolate shake, only wish they had a larger size. All for about the same price as McDonald's but with much better food. Already looking forward to having it again.

  Awful experience, the soda machines were down hot soda and hot refreshers after the cashier said the refreshers would be cold. McDonald’s burgers taste better than this place. No bottled drinks options, took forever. Understaffed just overall bad experience.
