From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and made us feel so welcomed. The food and ambiance were incredible, but Miguel’s service truly elevated the entire experience. Ask for him if you’re dining here — you won’t be disappointed!

We were able to make a last minute reservation and got seated right away for it on a Friday night of all times. Service was fast, restrooms were wonderfully styled and very clean, the restaurant was beautiful. The menu isn't huge but that's honestly ideal, the food was very good, we don't eat extravagantly so we had a burger and chicken sandwich and sides of fries. Tried the mocktails and the blackberry mule was delicious. All of our food was VERY good and very hot and fresh. My only complaint would be the price, which I do understand it's an upscale experience atop a very upscale store but $11 for plain fries is a little unreasonable, $12 to add chicken to a caesar salad is also egregious. That said, I understand the experience is worked into the cost and I can agree that the experience was great and that we will likely be back, however only for special occasions and we will scale back on what we order to reduce our $110 bill to more like $65-80.

Looked like another day there, and actually a bit depressing without the outdoor patio. Waiter was in a hurry. Asked our starter to be brought out first and hold on to our entrees. The entrees literally followed 5 minutes after the starter. Overpriced drinks and food-just average for both. Wouldn’t go again in the wi tee without the patio open and definitely not a place to go for a holiday experience.
