- AAAjla1 day ago3.0Beautiful restaurant and good food however the service is awful, the staff was rude and felt as if I was bothering them, she never checked on us after we got our food and when we asked for mayo for our fries she said said it comes with aoli and turned around and left. The staff definitely needs training in hospitality and kindness. Would recommend the location in downtown instead.

I also wasnt thrilled with the broasted chicken which ofcourse was highway robbery after the sides. Good looking restaurant but way way way overpriced. No thanks.

You feel transported to an Italian piazza with olive trees and a beautiful fountain. The food is amazing. We had the petite filet with potato puree and asparagus. Everything was cooked and presented to perfection. Our waitress Trinity was also amazing. She was attentive, unobtrusive and very courteous and professional. It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be back! Five stars!

Instead of trying to find a solution, the staff at the front desk were immediately unpleasant and dismissive, insisting they could not accommodate us under any circumstances. When we asked to see our table, it turned out to be an L-shaped booth with plenty of space — we even offered to squeeze in since we wouldn’t have been disturbing anyone. However, the woman at the front, who claimed to be the manager, refused to make any exception and wasn’t at all friendly or helpful. She offered no alternatives and made the situation unnecessarily tense. Fortunately, another hostess noticed that a nearby party of five had shown up as three, and she kindly switched our table so we could stay. While we appreciated her help, the entire experience had already left a sour taste. The food was just okay — I ordered the shrimp and vegetable salad, but the vegetables were undercooked. To make matters worse, we later learned that the woman who had been so inflexible unpleasant and claimed to be the manager wasn’t even the manager, but a team leader . Overall, a disappointing visit — we expected more from RH, both in hospitality and quality.
