    Portillo's Elk Grove Village 1500 Busse Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, United States. Don't hire people that will make fun of the customers dietary choices, like that 300 pound guy with the funny looking glasses. I still have not ate today thanks to your rude employee. I hope you fired him like you said you would. There are much more respectful people looking for jobs.

    Nice job try calling your headquarters to ask about it sends me to a Indian call center and they have no clue keep asking if I'm trying to use a gift card. If your going to do a promotion like this do you guys not test it ?

    Everything in our order had something wrong. My maxwell was burnt to a crisp. I love the grill char on a maxwell but this was far beyond. The whole outside peeled off in a black chunk as I tried to rescue it. There was just a thin layer of maxwell underneath that was edible. Our fries, as usual, were cold. I'm just done ordering fries at Portillo's because cold fries is the norm, which I don't understand when I was 6-7th in line. The Italian beef sweet peppers were barely cooked. It was as if they cut a green pepper and put it in the juice for 10 minutes. It still crunched! YUCK! I pulled them off and put them in some beef broth and cooked them for another 30-40 minutes, and they were finally soft enough. Two of our three cheese sauces were 1/2 full. I can't say that hasn't happened before either. Things aren't what they used to be....piping hot food, cooked to perfection, no mix ups or shortages. Now, it's the new norm...and we're not diggin' that!

    I attempted to order online for the local business I work at in Gurnee. All 3 times I attempted to order online the website was down. I typed up the order and took it to the restaurant after work and talked to the manager. She refused my order. By the way the order was for tomorrow. I took my business to another local business who accepted my order with no issues. Way to support a local business Portillos!

    The beef is no longer Italian beef. It’s extremely bland. Have been ordering it for years and will not be ordering again. I will miss the old Portillos
