  Portillo's Elk Grove Village 1500 Busse Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, United States. Don't hire people that will make fun of the customers dietary choices, like that 300 pound guy with the funny looking glasses. I still have not ate today thanks to your rude employee. I hope you fired him like you said you would. There are much more respectful people looking for jobs.

  Nice job try calling your headquarters to ask about it sends me to a Indian call center and they have no clue keep asking if I'm trying to use a gift card. If your going to do a promotion like this do you guys not test it ?

  Went in to buy 2 gift cards. I ask an employee where I would go to buy them. I was told the counter where you pick up online orders. I waited in line for 15 minutes finally ask an employee to please get someone to wait on us. Still waited and waited. Finally I believe the manager came. He ask me why I was there I told him to buy 2 gift cards. He sent me to another order place. 4 people in front of me. I walked out. I will ever eat there no one cares at all why couldn't the manager goneand gotten me gift cards should nce I had waited to long.

  Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I called to cancel an order 1 minute after placing it, 2 weeks later still have not received my refund. When I called corporate I was transferred to 3 different people and each time it went to voicemail by the time I called a 4th time the lady who answered the phone started laughing because no one answered, I did not think stealing from your customers is a laughing matter. Finally I spoke with a guy named Tony who assured me he would take care of it and make sure I received my refund but apparently I was lied to because he did not take care of it, still have not gotten my money back for a meal I never got.

  Leslie, Matt, Stephanie, and other associates at the corporate office could use some customer service coaching. My experience over the past 3 weeks, especially today was unreasonably horrible. Above all, I was scammed out of half of my last paycheck.
