I'm so sorry if this comes off as rude, as it is not my intention, but I just really wish the music was quieter. I have gone to other locations and they are much better because I can actually focus on the work I'm doing. Thank you for your consideration.

I should have know when I didn't get a recipe something was wrong. And when I asked about the math of the total and looking in my app that my rewards were not added. And then asked "do you wanna see my manager or whatever ". I said no because it should be a simple fix for someone at the register to fix and see. I was in the drive thru and I can see them filling rhe wrong dronk in my cup and then dump it out amd use the same cup to fill the right one. Im thankful i dont have allergic reactions to the drink it was filled with before, think a new cup should have been used for safety if not mine then others. And on top of that my order was still wrong.

Then when you went back in, half of it was missing or it was doubled and tripled from what you put in. Called the store, they took my info and told me to go back online and fix the order which they could not do. So I did amend it, and did receive a confirmation with the correct quantity, etc. Yesterday they deliver our food and SHORTED US A LUNCH. NEVER AGAIN. WORST catering place EVER.
