We enjoyed the Fireside Favorites which were honestly the perfect portion size including a dessert. The manager, Raya, was super friendly and made sure our visits were above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Their text message system informed of available table and the waiting area was comfortable and warm until we were seated. The service was great, and our waiter was nice and efficient. Very good food, plentiful and reasonably priced. We had two different floor managers check in with us during the meal to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. The restaurant is comfortable, spacious and clean, and vibrant without being loud. Parking is plentiful and the area is safe.

Our server Jasmine was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Our foid was hot, frsh and well presented. I really enjoyed the Chilean seabass and the 3 beer flight. The Mexican style lager was my favorite. The manager visited our table with a complimentary appetizer to thank us for our first visit. We will definitely return.

Service was really damn good for the restaurant being absolutely packed on a Friday night, luckily being a party of 2 got us seated immediately. We chose the French onion pastry puffs as our appetizer and those were just so darn good. I chose the pretzel-crusted pork schnitzel as my entree cuz I've never seen such a thing at any other restaurant and it was pretty good overall with the dijonnaise dipping sauce although I feel like needed a bigger portion of that or maybe instead a sauce to go over the schnitzel in order to offer some moistness. I would definitely still come back next time I'm in Illinois and would try some more of their amazing looking offerings.

He hardly ever came by to refill our drinks and it took like 45 minutes for him to do that! We didnt even have our food until an hour after we were seated! Thats ridiculous. The server came by after 45 minutes and said, "Sorry, the kitchen is slammed!" Thats the first time we saw him since he took our order and brought our drinks. Then he didnt show up for another 45 minutes. We tried to order to go dinners and they were out of the pot pies! The food we did get was pretty mediocre. The ceasar salad was fine but the sandwich was pathetic and I did not like it at all. The fries were quite stale and way less than satisfactory. Needless to say we will not be returning! Your servers need to train on how to be attentive. We were never even asked how out food tasted or anything that normal servers would come by and ask.
