  From the moment we sat down at Labriola in Oakbrook, the experience felt like a perfect example of what Chicago dining should be. We ordered the Chicago thin crust pepperoni pizza, and it absolutely delivered. The crust was beautifully crisp from edge to center—thin but sturdy, with that perfect golden snap when you pick up a slice. The sauce had a rich, slightly sweet tomato flavor that balanced wonderfully with the savory cheese. And the pepperoni? Perfectly curled and lightly crisped at the edges, creating those little pockets of flavor that make every bite better than the last. The balance of toppings to crust was spot-on, so every slice had the ideal combination of crunch, cheese, sauce, and spice. What truly elevated the experience, though, was our server, Kevin. His attention to detail was exceptional from start to finish. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we enjoyed everything. Kevin anticipated needs before we even had to ask—refilling drinks at just the right moment, checking in thoughtfully, and offering great suggestions. His professionalism and friendly personality made the whole meal feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s rare when both the food and service stand out equally, but this visit absolutely delivered on both fronts. Between the outstanding Chicago thin crust pizza and Kevin’s impeccable service, it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back—and we’ll be asking for Kevin.

  As someone who comes to Labriola Ristorante pretty often, I wanted to leave a review because the experience here is always great. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly make you feel like part of the family every time you walk in. The atmosphere is always lively and it’s one of those places you look forward to coming back to. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Brianna. She is easily one of the best bartenders in the entire Chicagoland area. She makes the best drinks and every single one is mixed perfectly. On top of that, she’s friendly, attentive, and always has great recommendations without ever making you feel judged if you’re not sure what to order. Great service, great atmosphere, and perfectly made drinks are why I keep coming back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Brianna provided amazing service! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to walk us through different options and gave excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. Everything she suggested was spot on and made the experience even better. It’s clear that Brianna really knows the menu and cares about making sure guests enjoy their meal. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made our visit memorable. If you have the chance to be served by Brianna, you’ll definitely be in great hands!

  I had an amazing experience and I really want to recognize Brianna Cruz for going above and beyond. From the moment I sat down, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m not someone who knows much about drinks, but instead of making me feel awkward about it, she took the time to explain options and recommend a few drinks she thought I would enjoy. Every suggestion she made was spot on. What really stood out to me was how she treated me with respect and kindness instead of judging me based on what I didn’t know. She made the whole experience comfortable and fun, which is exactly what you hope for when you go out somewhere. Brianna also has this energy that lights up the whole place. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. She’s attentive, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. Because of her service, I will absolutely be coming back again, and I will definitely recommend this place to others. If you get the chance to be served by Brianna Cruz, you’re in great hands. She’s truly one of the best bartenders I’ve encountered and she’s a big reason this place stands out.

  I had such a great experience with my bartender Brianna! From the moment I sat down she was welcoming, attentive, and full of positive energy. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. My martini was made perfectly strong just how I like it lol and she gave us great recommendations too. The service was quick but she still made everyone feel noticed and taken care of. Bartenders like her really make the whole experience better. She definitely deserves to a raise because she brings great vibes, amazing service, and real professionalism. Keep up the great work!
