  Pulled up to the second window to get our order, first the girl tried to give us the wrong order then proceeded to ask what we ordered like she didn't have a screen right in front of her face. Then they finally figure out what we ordered and pulled us to the wait window. Waited for 10 minutes my husband decided to go in to see what's going on. They weren't even bagging up our food correctly they were putting it on a "for here" trey not in happy meal boxes or bags. Husband comes out with food I check it before we leave and 2 out of 3 happy meals are WRONG. no fries whatsoever in one and the other was suppose to be a cheese burger they gave us a 4 piece nugget. We go BACK INSIDE to tell them our stuff is wrong and they girl at the drive thru window rudely says "now what are they missing" then the two girls handing out food want to get a snippy attitude with us cause THEY GOT OUR FOOD WRONG! Do not recommend whatsoever.

  Staff member threatened another customer during our 35 minute wait for our to-go order. Other “employees” glared at us from tables in the dining room while on their phones, apparently on break. My son went to use the restroom during our wait and yet another “employee” was vaping in there. We ended up leaving as I had no confidence in the food at that point. The service was so bad I felt like I was on a prank show.

  March 20th 9.16pm - sat in line not moving for ten mins . Ordered then a lot more waiting Hopefully they doing their best but never waited so long for McDonald’s before .

  At let’s say 9:02 PM I pull up to the left side driveway out of the two lanes as I’m sitting there waiting to be assisted. I see about two or three cars in the right lane passed me by being served before I when in fact I was there before those cars even pulled up initially. Then, as I go back around the establishment to go into the right lane, all of a sudden the left lane moves a car or two, signaling that the next cars that were behind me had been assisted. crazy bad service and it’s been like that for years. Oh, and of course, the ice cream machines are always down

  I dont eat here, just a doordasher, but this by far one of the worst mcd locations in the local area. Constant 20+minute wait, lobby always full of other customers wondering where their orders are, bathrooms disgusting/toilets overflowing. The customers, like most the workers, are just rude children who have no idea what's going on. Workers are constantly bickering and fighting with each other to do their jobs. Never a good experience and I try to decline any order from if I can. Please shut this location down.
