- EBElijah Bell3 days ago1.0Terrible service, employees taking breaks sitting all over the dining area and inviting in friends to goof around with. People yelling at each other, literally watched an employee plop down in a seat and make other employees bring her food. She then sat there eating and sucking on her fingers and smacking so loud I could hear it over the yelling of the employees. Pick a different McDonald’s there are about 5 others working 5 miles. Someone who owns this place needs to go and see how this place is managed…..

Turns out they forgot about me entirely and every time that I have came here it has been the same way with these rude workers and horrible wait time.

The GM has an issue with raising her voice at her workers and picking favorites, while also refusing to help a confused customer. The vibes were awful and have made many people feel awkward during their visit there. I would definitely suggest going to another fast food restaurant.

Custom service needs improvement especially by the manager that assisted a senior citizen while I was there. I work in HR and this location needs better leadership so the younger generation there can learn from. I rarely go to these fast food places around here because of this. I've experienced the worst customer service in O'Fallon, Illinois. I take my business to restraunts in the are instead.
