  Got an online order and a blonde manager and drive thru workers were so rude/mad at everyone for no reason :( could hear them being mean to the people in front of me and behind. I worked drive thru for a long time so I get it, but it was quite shocking. Didn’t get one of my meals and part of another after pulling up and waiting, employee just walked inside when he saw me trying to get his attention to let him know. I was scared to go inside (yall I can’t express how bad the vibes were) so I called the next day. Said they can’t refund over the phone, so my husband (worked fast food at the time and is sooo chill) ran up to get a quick refund with receipt and pictures in hand. A male employee that has worked there for years cut him off and yelled at my husband for not getting a refund the night before and told him to get out. Threatened to hurt him if he didn’t. I filed a report with the FTC for my refund. Got a call back from manager and was asked drive to some corporate office. Closed my FTC case, but why would I be expected to work and use gas for money to get back money a $200 billion company owes me?

  They need to check their hours. Google says they open at 5. Showed up at 510, and no one there to take orders.

  Ordered 6 triple cheese burgers got 4 and when called they told me they send a gift card for the 2 hopefully I get spent $38 and wasn't worth it

  I get that place is usually busy but doesn't matter how you order (kiosk, drive thru or app) it always takes forever to get your order. Kids wanted food from here the other day so I stopped. For 4 McChickens, 2 drinks, and 2 fries took almost half an hour and the fries were cold.

  Update: I went through the trouble of following the link provided in the comment. Did all of the work to do a feedback on the McDonald's website and then it failed to submit and told me something went wrong I went to this McDonald's on 11/16/25 and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had going to McDonald's. This particular McDonald's is one of the worst ones I have been to. First problem was when I pulled up to pay for my food at the 1st window, the girl was sitting in a chair with her back to the window on her phone. She proceeded to ignore the window and propped her phone up and started recording herself doing a TikTok dance on her phone. I finally pulled up to the second window and the guy at that window was nice and helpful. He wasn't wearing a uniform though and was in sweats and a long sleeve shirt, but he was the most helpful employee I encountered. Second problem was that they didn't put BBQ sauce in the bag so I had to go inside and wait for someone to finally look over. I finally got their attention and got the BBQ sauce. I get home and not a single item that I customized is correct. I asked for a kid's meal with a cheeseburger, only cheese. It had all the toppings on it. I asked for a McChicken, add pickle, onion, and cheese. It didn't have any of that, but I was still charged for the cheese. The food also was barely warm. The quality of this McDonald's has significantly dropped and it seems like management doesn't care (judging by the recent reviews). This is the closest McDonald's to me, but I will definitely be driving further to go to one that is more competent and cares about the quality of their products.
