Went I got to the window was handed the bag with the food in it ( I should have checked it) especially while waiting for the blizzards to be made. Anyways got home gave the kids their food. Youngest asked where his burger was... Crap. So got back in the car not looking at the time and only living 5 miles away, and by time I got to the location it was 5 after 10. Drove around to the window got their attention and told them what happened. I know they were kinda busy and stuff but the lady at the window who took my payment (asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes, didn't get it), handed me the bag was kinda rude about it. I was there 10 minutes ago. She got the manager who asked what my order was exactly, I told her she found the ticket and had my burger made. The manager was awesome. Had the burger not been for my kid I wouldnt have worried about it to much, but I appreciate her finding the ticket and how fast it was made.

(Unlike the McDonalds down the street). You can tell they care about quality and customer experience, which really stands out compared to most fast food chains these days. The blizzards and ice creams are always made perfectly (never rushed or sloppy), and every visit feels like a bright spot in this town. This location sets the standard for how a franchise should be run.
