- APAlexey Peleshok4 days ago1.0Terrible experience… food was neither cooked nor served in a good shape, hairs in burger, personnel not wearing hairnets (not a surprise why hairs are in food), greasy floors and tables… after I returned food with compliant on quality there was no an attempt to apologize, just ignorance.

- DZDaniel ZubiaApr 12, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Burger King. We stopped here during a family trip because the plaza looked new, but the restaurant itself was not well maintained. The floor was extremely slippery, covered in what felt like grease or oil. It even stuck to our shoes after we left—you can see the greasy trail in the photo. At the counter, the manager was rude when we tried to use a coupon, questioning where we got it and then dismissively saying it was expired. Her attitude was clearly annoyed when we had to change our order. It got worse. Our order was mistakenly given to a drive-thru customer, who came back to return it. Instead of remaking the food, they handed us the same bag. Completely unacceptable. While we were eating, my 2-year-old son stood up on the booth, and the same manager shouted at us from behind the counter to make him sit down. Very unprofessional. That was enough for us. We left immediately. No apology, no accountability. Would not recommend this location.

When handed the shake at the drive thru, she asked if I wanted a spoon also because it was thick and I said no, not knowing until I drove off that the reason why it was thick was because it was just a cup full of soft serve ice cream! Very disappointing!
