This may be the slowest/worst Sonic I ever been to.
You’ll wait a million minutes for your order and the slushes are either melted or made wrong. And the food is never fresh . Why would someone want to wait half an hour and when they finally get their food it’s old oily fries , or burnt or just not fresh

Put an online order in, it was not done on time and when I got there I got told to pull to the window and no one said anything for over 10 minutes. After she handed me my food she didn’t say a word and almost forgot about my second order! Horrible service

Worst experience ive ever had with this place, took at least 20 minutes for my food to get out. Server came out twice with the wrong stuff. Horrible service.

I just got done with a 40 minute wait for 2 pretzels. The wait time for this location usually averages 30 mins. The food also has a tendency to be made wrong. The food itself is good if made right, it’s just about if you have the time to wait a half hour or more for it.

stopped by this Sonic around 10:30 AM on March 14 and had a very poor customer service experience. Instead of a simple greeting like “How can I help you?”, the employee just said “Go ahead.”
After waiting about 10 minutes with no response, I asked if they were even open. The employee replied, “That’s why I said go ahead,” which came across as rude and dismissive.
Customer service and basic courtesy matter. If customers choose to spend their money elsewhere because of experiences like this, restaurants can’t stay in business. I Took my money right on over to Panera and they had excellent customer service going to do their review right now
