Food was amazing and our server was so very kind, knives were terrible, felt like cutting with a butter knife. Other than that it was amazing! Will return

We placed an order for curbside service. Outback verified my order and notified me about details , etc. via text. Our food was ready at the timeframe we were given. The employee that brought out our order was very courteous and cheerful! Our order was perfect! Food was fresh, hot, and as ordered. We were very impressed and will definitely return!

I ate here for a family gathering last week. Let me first say, the service was phenomenal! However, the NY strip was just ok, and my Mac and cheese was actually kind of cold. I usually love Outback and have enjoyed this location before, but my dinner was just NOT it.

The waitress was so sweet and caring. She went above and beyond and made out experience so much nicer. Loved the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and peaceful. Food was amazing. The blooming onion was the only disappointment of the night. Everything else was exquisite. Highly recommend.

Disrespected and dismissed. A server should NEVER ever make a customer feel that way...but server Paige C did exactly that. Yep, naming names. She doesn't understand anything about the wines on their menu. We didn't care for the 2x chardonnay's on their menu and suggested another one...so we said ok. And she brought a wine that clearly wasn't a chardonnay....it turned out to be a Moscato (sweet desert wine). When we brought it to her attention, she argued about it with us. Really? We pointed it out to her on the menu and she then said it's not her job to know about the wines on their menu ( all of about 8-10 wines in total). We asked for one of the real Chardonnay's and 10 mins later came by and told us the bar was closed so we couldn't get any wine ( when speaking with the manager later, she told us the bar wasn't closed). Really Paige? Then there was the Tabasco...we had to ask her 3 times for some Tabasco and when she finally brought it, it was almost empty and she simply past by and left it on the very edge of the table w/o a word. No "here you are" or "sorry it took so long". Pretty dismissive. By this time, any tips had all but evaporated. But had a good conversation with the manager who was very nice. thereafter she tried (and did) make it up to us....lastly when we got the bill (with bogus Chardonnay removed and a free desert on the house), Paige came by to pick up the signed bill and we said we wanted to give it to the manager ourselves, and she didn't want us to do that and finally stormed away muttering under her breath (but loud enough for us to hear). My wife and I both felt it was prejudiced behavior as we are an inter-racial couple.....we may be wrong but over the years we've experienced similar circumstances. Most of the time we laugh or shrugs off but it was so blatant with Paige it was hard to ignore. Perhaps Paige, restaunt service isn't your thing? Otherwise it would have probably been a 4-star review.
