  Never eat here again.. get a call to deliver 2 uber eats.. both order has been "taken". I proceed to ask store would they want to remake the answer is no. He dont work for doordash or uber so he can careless about my problems. This store needs to stop the use of 3rd party delivery and deliver they own food because using 3rd party and not fulfilling orders is problematic it wastes people time and money. Do a better job of confirming pickups to ensure order availability

  This is a great place to get a good sandwich. The prices are a little steep but the food is good and you get a nice size sandwich

  I went to JJ to pick up 2 orders on March 19th around 11:30ish. I announced to the women behind the register that I was there to pick up two orders. A man came and I told him the same thing and he said one order was ready and the other almost ready. Once ready, I took the orders to a table so I could place them into bigger bags with handles. I also had two drinks in a drink holder sitting on the table. As I am about to grab my bags and leave, the woman behind the counter, a short light-skinned heavy-set woman wearing a hair cover came from behind the counter, walks up next to me close enough to touch and without saying anything, starts reaching into the bags. I said what are you doing, please get your hand out of my bag. She then says that she is checking to make sure the sodas are correct. But the sodas are on the table not in the bag. She then starts grabbing the receipt and I grab it out of her hand and say please don’t reach into these bags. If you need to check a receipt then just say that, but please don’t walk up on a customer, touching them and reach into their bag without saying a word. The entire time I was there she didn’t say a word to me other than when I told her I was there to pick up an order. I was working as a delivery driver, so I had already verified the order on my app. I have called them 5 times but they won’t answer their phone. I reported this store to UberEats and I’m looking into reporting them to the health department.
