  Our server Jaylen was fabulous. Our waiter was so kind and caring. We both ordered the chopped steak. I had never had it before. The chopped steak was incredible. I loved the taste and texture of the meat. It was so mouth watering and juicy. Our evening was so magical tonight.

  I'm not the biggest fan for Outback food due to some past failures, but I will say today's lunch was an absolute winner! We had the Alice Springs Chicken breast topped with bacon, cheese, and mushrooms. Served with a side of hot and crunchy broccoli 🥦. Umm, umm, so good. Our service was 4 🌟. Thanks Outback, in Shilo, Illinois. We will definitely come back soon. G' Day, mates

  DO NOT WAIT FOR A TABLE AS A SINGLE ON A BUSY DAY I was there on Veteran's Day as a single patron around 3:55 pm. The bar was full so I waited for a table to open. I waited for over an hour and asked if I had moved up in the list. To my dismay and confusion, I was not. I saw others who checked in after me get tables. I checked once more and saw that I was still at the bottom of the list. I was furious and stormed out without service. Outback, please figure out your waitlist system and why single patrons who check in before multiple parties of two are suddenly pushed behind every single one of them. Edit: I have sent feedback about the issue on the website. As for the copy-pasted PR response, it's not helping to resolve the issue.

  My husband and I had an excellent experience here. We were quickly seated and throughout the dining experience felt like the whole team was working to make our experience a pleasure. The food was hot and delicious. I'm so glad we stopped by!

  Ordered takeout from the hotel close to it. After 20 minutes after “pickup time” I decided to call. Nobody asked my name or order number. They just said “it’s ready”. I never received a text to check in. I walked over and their manager (unbuttoned and very unprofessional) was leaned in a black car talking to someone. I waited by the takeout door. I got tired of waiting and walked around and went up to the bar, where said manager was standing. I told the bartender and manager my situation and he yelled back at me saying I should have gotten a text. I replied “I never got the confirmation text that the order was done, I had to call your employees while you were standing outside.” He said that he was standing outside because he was sick! Said he would check on my order and walked away. 30 seconds later someone handed me a bag of food….. remember… NOBODY ASKED MY NAME OR ORDER NUMBER. The food was soggy and disgusting. I spent way too much for mediocre service. Someone needs to fire that so called “manager” and the employees that stand outside and smoke all night instead of working.
