- PBparker bunks3 days ago5.0We frequently go to outback, but we have never had a server as good as Elise she was the best server. Elise was attentive and very kind. We had go into conversation, and she explained how she was a newer server at outback, but worked at the location since opening. We loved our conversation. Outback Elise is the best server you have and a great addition to the staff. The food was also very good and our server helped with our accommodations.

The manager even agreed her steak.was prepared incorrectly and made it right. The smokey pecan cinnamon old fashioned (I think that's what it was called) was delicious, hint of smoke and sweet floowed by the other flavors. Waitress was amazing, she cut up with us and matched our energy! If you haven't been in a while, well worth checking the place out again.

The wait staff did not come to refill drinks. We had to keep flaming down the waiter to ask for what we needed. Overall very dissatisfied with the service.

His service is consistently top notch—he’s attentive without ever being intrusive, and he genuinely cares about making sure every detail of your meal is accurate and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. We always prefer to sit in his section because we know we’ll be well taken care of. Every visit with Jose guarantees a smooth, pleasant, and reliably great dining experience. Outback is lucky to have him, and we’ll keep coming back as long as he’s there.
