  My order taker was Chase. First of all, he asked me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich without telling me that it was an upcharge. When I got to the window in the drive thru, I asked if they could please cut my sandwich in half. I even heard the person I asked tell somebody else to cut it in half. Then someone different handed me my sandwich and I asked again if it was cut in half and she said, “it should be.” It was NOT. I am very irritated because this ruined my day as I am on my break at work and wanted to save half the sandwich for later. Instead I had to eyeball how much to leave. I wonder if it was an upcharge to cut it in half as well…

  Food is good but staff are not very welcoming. It feels like a "what do you want" place, even for mobile pickups

  I went here on 10/22/25 and was provided a burnt sandwich. I will never go to another Jimmy Johns again.
