My order taker was Chase. First of all, he asked me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich without telling me that it was an upcharge. When I got to the window in the drive thru, I asked if they could please cut my sandwich in half. I even heard the person I asked tell somebody else to cut it in half. Then someone different handed me my sandwich and I asked again if it was cut in half and she said, “it should be.” It was NOT. I am very irritated because this ruined my day as I am on my break at work and wanted to save half the sandwich for later. Instead I had to eyeball how much to leave. I wonder if it was an upcharge to cut it in half as well…

The short little person at the counter is quite rude and has a terrible attitude and makes the food very poorly
