When you call, they keep saying “10 more minutes,” which is never true. On our last three orders, we waited over an hour and a half past the expected time. When the delivery driver was asked about it, he literally laughed it off. The pizza arrived cold, with barely any toppings. Completely unacceptable. I’ve been hearing negative things about this pizzeria from neighbors and friends for a while, and now I understand why. We’ve officially decided not to order from here again. There are many better pizzerias nearby that actually respect their customers and deliver what they promise.

Attempted to call the store and no answer. Drove to the store, told them I wanted to know what was going on and find out why it was taking so long to be delivered. He claimed there was issues going on with the app and it would be 5-10 minutes. Get home and no food. Called the store again, talked to someone that didn't give a name, and told him I wanted to get my money back and cancel the order. He says some more lies which I replied to with it sounds like BS. His response "well you got your money back, deal with it" and hung up. Looked at the tracker, says 1:12pm another pizza is being made and out for delivery at 1:13pm. Pizza finally arrived at 1:45 pm. The amount of lies and disrespect needs to be addressed.
